Plain and simple, we want Happy Customers! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order please go through our Easy Returns process listed below or call us at 1-866-575-9001 so we can assist you with your return.
1. For all returns for credit, LabelsOnline.com must receive all merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise returned after 60 days from the date of original invoice will be treated as a return for repair or exchange. This may affect the credit you receive.
2. Please send returns double boxed (please package your product inside of another box) with prepaid freight and please include a copy of the invoice.
3. Please ship merchandise in it's original packaging and in it's original condition. Please include all parts, accessories and/or manuals.
4. Merchandise returned which is tested functional, in good condition and without defect will be refunded.
5. Shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
To qualify for return, the following conditions must be met:
