Direct Thermal Labels Fanfold

Direct thermal fanfold labels from LabelsOnline.com are Z-folded, heat-sensitive paper labels designed for high-volume direct thermal printers that support fanfold media input. Like all direct thermal labels, these print without a ribbon — making them a cost-efficient, low-maintenance option for shipping, receiving, inventory, and general-purpose labeling. The fanfold format feeds continuously from a flat stack without a roll holder or unwinder, keeping the printer footprint compact and reducing roll change frequency in busy operations.

Compatible with Zebra, Honeywell, Datamax, SATO, TSC, and other thermal printers that support fanfold (rear or bottom) media input. Available in popular sizes including 4" x 6" for shipping labels and smaller formats for inventory and product identification. Perforated between labels for clean tear-off. US-made and backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I load fanfold labels into my thermal printer?

Fanfold labels are fed through the rear or bottom media slot of a thermal printer — the stack sits in a box behind or below the unit and feeds upward through the media path. Check your printer’s user manual to confirm it supports fanfold input and to find the correct threading path. Not all direct thermal printers accept fanfold media — confirm support before ordering.

Are direct thermal fanfold labels the same quality as roll labels?

Yes — the label stock, adhesive, and thermal coating are identical regardless of whether the labels are in fanfold or roll format. The only difference is the delivery configuration. Print quality, adhesion, and label life are the same.
