How to Check Compatibility

  1. Print method: if your printer uses a ribbon, it's thermal transfer; without a ribbon, choose direct thermal labels.
  2. Core size: the cardboard tube inside the roll (0.5", 0.75", 1" or 3"). It must match your printer's spindle.
  3. Roll diameter: desktop printers usually take rolls up to 5" across; industrial printers up to 8".
  4. Label width: must fit your printer's maximum media width (about 4.25" for most 4" printers).

Specifications are based on manufacturers' published data. Always confirm with your printer's manual. Contact us if you're not sure — we're happy to help.
